- Minimum of 6 months Sales experience
- Experience in a customer service or call center setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to world class customer service.
- Familiarity with home improvement projects or contractors helpful, but not required
- Strong working knowledge of personal computers (use of Microsoft Word and Outlook)
- Strong phone, typing or data entry skills required
Incentives:
We offer a competitive and performance based compensation opportunity with a base of $22,880.00 ($11.00 / hour) plus commission. You earn a percentage of the requests you upsell. Average compensation in the department is $32-37K.
